  • What is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

    A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse that has completed a gradute degree from an accredited university. To become certified they take a standardized exam to received their board certification. They have extensive training in pediatrics, with expertise in development, chronic health conditions, acute illness, and more. They provide care from birth through age 18. 

  • Are you accepting new patients?

    Yes! We are currently accepting new patients of all ages (birth to 18 years). Please call our office to verify we are currently in network with your insurance and to schedule your first office visit. 

  • What days are you open?

    Monday: 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM

    Tuesday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

    Wednesday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

    Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

    Friday: Closed

    Saturday: Closed

    Sunday: Closed


    Our office is open Monday with extended hours, 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM, to accomodate working families. We allow all appointment types during these hours. You may schedule Well Child Visits, or Sick Visits during extended hours visits.


    We are closed on all major holidays. Our hours are subject to change based on staff availability, please call our office to confirm hours or check our social media pages for any changes. 


    As always, there is a provider on call 24/7/365. 

  • How do I make an appointment?

    To make an appointment please call our office at 918-376-3299

  • Do you accept my health insurance?

    Please refer to our insurance page to review a list of accepted insurance providers. If you do not see your particular plan listed or have any further questions please call our office. We are continuously working to add more insurance companies. 

  • What do we do if we need to contact the provider after hours?

    We have a provider on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please call our main office number, you will be connected with a live person who can assist you, or have our provider paged.


    Remember this is for emergency purposes and immediate/urgent needs only. Refills of medications and referrals will not get handled after hours.

  • Do you require vaccinations?

    We firmly believe in the protection and benefits of childhood immunizations as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. We firmly believe that immunizations are a safe and effective way to help prevent disease and severe infection and complications. 


    However, we understand that this is a complicated and complex decision that should be discussed between provider, patient, and their guardian(s). We believe in open communication and respect from all parties involved when discussing vaccination status. We will not dismiss patients based on their vaccination status. 

  • How do I obtain a prescription refill?

    Please call your pharmacy and allow 2 business days for response (reminder we are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). If you have not heard back from the pharmacy in 2 business days, please call our office and leave a message on the nurse line. Calls will be returned by the end of the day. 

  • How do I get a question or message to my provider?

    FOR LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCIES PLEASE CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. 


    For non-urgent questions, please call and leave a message on the Nurse Line. We are seeing patients duirng the day, but will return your phone call by the end of the business day. 


    You can also send non-urgent messages through the patient portal. Ask the front desk if you need help getting set up with the patient portal. 


    If you need to cancel or change your appointment time, please call the front desk. 

  • When should my child be seen for Well Child Visits?

    Below are the routine Well Child Check schedules, additional visits may be requested on a case-by-case basis: 


    3 to 5 days

    2 weeks

    1 month

    2 months

    4 months

    6 months

    9 months

    12 months

    15 months

    18 months

    24 months

    30 months

    3 years and then yearly until age 18. 

  • How do I get my child's shot record?

    We utilize the Oklahoma State Immunization Registry (OSIIS). You can register yourself and obtain a copy online, here. Otherwise please contact our office, we ask that you allow us 2 business days, but we can typically process requests by the end of the day. 

  • What if I have a question After Hours?

    Our Provider takes emergency calls from their home after hours.


    Call the main office number, and our answering service will have a provider/nurse call you back. Please save routine questions (mild illness, appointments, prescription refills) for business hours.


    We encourage you to refer to our website first, when practical, before calling the office. A phone nurse is available during office hours to answer any routine questions you might have about your child. Calls are returned by the end of the business day.
