The mission of Oologah Pediatric Care is to serve our local community by providing evidence based, family-focused medical care from birth through adolescence.
We firmly believe in the medical home and will strive to cultivate and maintain long-standing relationships with patients and caregivers.

We hope that our office hours allow patients and families to find a time that works best with their schedule. We offer both Well Child Checks, and Sick Visits during all business hours. We strive to accomodate same day or next day visits to the very best of our ability.
We are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to allow our staff to have work-life balance. In addition, we are closed all major holidays incluiding: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Please follow our social media pages for updates regarding closures outside of major holidays, (i.e. weather or other circumstances).
We answer our phones 24/7/365. When our office is closed and you have an urgent issue that cannot wait until morning, you can call our main number and speak to our triage team.
We will not refill routine medications After Hours.
Make sure we participate with your insurance plan.
It is your responsibility to know the limits and coverage of your particular health insurance policy, to show your cards to us at each visit, and be prepared to pay any copays at the time of service.
Our billing staff will do their best to assist you with insurance questions; however, If you have questions about your coverage, it is best check with your specific insurance company. Our office does not want you to be surprised by a bill, but must always bill your health plan based on federal guidelines and the actual services provided.
At Oologah Pediatric Care, PLLC we understand that everyone’s time is valuable. However, missed appointments impact the flow of patients in our clinic. To ensure that patients are seen in a timely manner, we have adopted a No-Show and Late Arrival Policy. This policy ensures that Oologah Pediatric Care, PLLC can provide high-quality, timely, patient-centered care. Details of our policy are defined below:
• No-show: You don’t arrive for your appointment, and you don’t reach out to cancel.
• Late arrival: You arrive 15 or more minutes past your scheduled appointment time.
• No Show Fee: If you no-show your appointment and do not contact our office by the end of the business day, you may be charged a $25 fee that must be paid before an appointment can be rescheduled.
• Dismissal: If no-show appointments are deemed “excessive” then Oologah Pediatric Care, PLLC reserves the right to dismiss patient and sibling(s).
• Reschedule: Understand, that if you arrive 15 or more minutes after your appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to another date/time.
Please contact our office if you need to reschedule or know that you will be arriving after your appointment time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Our practice makes every effort to run on time with appointments, as we believe everyone’s time is equally valuable. As a courtesy, we will remind you of your upcoming appointments via phone/text message/email.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.We understand sometimes things happen beyond your control that may cause you to be late. However, we reserve the right to ask you to reschedule if you arrive late for your appointment.
