We are so excited for you to welcome your sweet baby into this world. We know that it is a very exciting time, but also a time full of uncertainty and nerves. We know that you are bound to have questions!


Kelsey has a heart for new parents, and promises to walk along side you as you transition into parenthood! No matter how pregnancy and delivery goes, we are here waiting to support you. You've got this, and we're here to help.

What To Bring
  • Hospital Paperwork (hearing screen, immunization record,  etc.).


  • Any available insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit).


  • Completed New Patient Forms.

A few weeks before delivery, please print off our new patient paperwork or stop by the front desk and grab a paper copy.


While at the hospital, the staff will ask you who your pediatric provider is. You will just need to provide them with our clinic name, and Kelsey Lillard, APRN. Kelsey does not round in any local hospitals, but you will be well taken care of by the hospitalists located at each facility. 


Once you know when you will be discharged from the hospital after delivery, call our office BEFORE you leave the hospital and we will get an appointment scheduled for you. We recommend that all newborns be seen on day 3-5 of life, depending on a few factors (delivery type, jaundice, feeding method, complications, etc). The pediatrician in the hospital will be able to help you determine how quickly you need to be seen. Our office is closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday but if you are not sure if your newborn visit can wait until Monday, please call our main line and ask to have our staff paged.
